Wales athlete Ramsey has raised the reward for details regarding the vanished canine named Halo to $$20k.
Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who currently represents Pumas UNAM in Mexico City, stated that the beagle was spotted in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato state area.
